Elite Custom Machine’s stylish Hayabusa 300 wide tire swingarms are the highest quality on the market. Fully designed and hand crafted in-house using the latest in solid model designing software, manufacturing and welding technologies. All of our swingarms are manufactured from high quality custom extruded 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and are FULLY TIG welded by hand in our custom designed jig to ensure the trueness of our products. We have designed a jackshaft assembly that is simple to adjust requiring no special tools yet provides a safe and highly effective method to align and lock down the assembly to ensure proper function. Our sprockets are manufactured in house from billet pre-hardened high carbon steel complimented with HEAVY DUTY bearings to increase longevity. All parts to our products are fully manufactured in our Seagrove, NC based precision machine shop.
